Testimonials

  • O.R. 46yrs old with a 17yr old daughter and 12yr old son

Photis has been an incredible source of strength and support for me over the past year as I’ve navigated one of the most difficult times of my life. From the very beginning, he has been consistent, compassionate, and empowering—always showing up, always listening, and always helping me find my voice when I felt overwhelmed or lost.

He even came in person to support me at my private FDR, offering calm, steady guidance throughout the day. His presence gave me the clarity and confidence I needed during a very intense and emotional process. His background in finance came in handy at this time too—helping me stay grounded, centred, and connected to myself in a way that made a real difference.

I honestly don’t know how I would have made it through this process without him. I’m so grateful for his dedication, insight, and kindness. If you’re going through a divorce and need someone truly on your side, I can’t recommend Photis highly enough.

  • C.B, 47yrs old with a 16yr old daughter and 13yr old son

Photis is adept at understanding what a person is currently going through and providing them with the tools to make forward movement towards a happier place. With empathy, he helped me to manage a difficult divorce with children and handle the problems that were within my reach, but let go of the details outside of my control.

FAQ

  • Divorce coaching is professional, accredited, one-on-one support to help you navigate one of life’s most challenging transitions with clarity, strength, and purpose.

As your coach, I work with you to stay grounded, make thoughtful decisions, and move forward without losing sight of who you are or what matters most.

Divorce can feel overwhelming, even when you’re doing your best to keep things calm and respectful. I’m here to help you stay steady, make clear decisions, and move forward without losing yourself in the process.

For many of the men I work with, that means staying connected to their children, maintaining stability at work, keeping lines of communication with their partner calm and having well thought out and structured meetings & calls with their lawyers.

With the right support, divorce can become a turning point toward a more intentional, values-driven life. I’m here to help you get there with strategy, empathy, and zero judgment.

    I’m in your corner.

You don’t have to do this alone. With the right support, you can navigate divorce with clarity, strength, and integrity.

  • Therapy often focuses on processing the past, healing emotional wounds, and exploring patterns. Divorce coaching, on the other hand, is forward-focused. It’s about helping you navigate decisions, manage conflict, communicate more effectively, and stay grounded through the practical and emotional challenges of separation.

While emotions are part of the process, coaching is action-oriented. It’s about clarity, support, and strategy for what’s next.

  • Divorce coaching with me is especially for you if:

    • You’re in your 40s or 50s, working in a demanding professional environment

    • You're going through, or preparing for, a separation or divorce

    • You’re trying to stay connected to your kids while keeping your career on track

    • You feel like you're supposed to "just get on with it," but you're quietly struggling

    • You're unsure how to communicate with your ex

    • You're tired of overthinking and want some clarity, structure, and perspective

    • You want someone who understands your world

My coaching is about giving you the space and support to deal with what's real and move forward with strength.

  • Each session is tailored to where you are in the process and what you need most. We'll establish what it is that you would most like to talk about in that session and tackle it using a variety of techniques.

That might be preparing for a difficult conversation, staying focused on your values, managing co-parenting challenges, talking to your lawyer, or simply making space to breathe and get perspective.

We’ll work together to create a plan, build emotional resilience, and help you stay connected to what matters most; especially your kids, your integrity, and your future.

Together we will create an action-plan to move you forward.

  • Yes, I do. While a significant part of my practice focuses on supporting men through divorce, I also work with women who are navigating separation and want a grounded, strategic, and emotionally aware perspective.

Many of my female clients appreciate having a male coach. Sometimes to gain insight into the male point of view, and often because they simply feel heard, respected, and supported in a space free of judgment.

Every divorce is unique, and the emotional dynamics are never one-size-fits-all. My role is to help you move through it with clarity and confidence, no matter your gender.

  • Yes. I offer a free 20–30 minute discovery call so we can get to know each other and see whether coaching is a good fit for your needs. It’s a no-pressure conversation where you can ask questions, share what’s on your mind, and get a sense of how I work.

  • The first paid session is a 90-minute deep-dive. It’s your space to share as much of your story as you feel comfortable with: what’s going on now, where you’re struggling, and where you want to get to. The more I understand your situation and goals, the more effectively we can build a plan that supports you and moves you forward.

This session often provides a real sense of relief and a chance to unload, gain perspective, and start turning confusion into clarity.

  • After the initial 90 minute call, the standard coaching calls are 60 minutes. That said, if you ever feel a longer session would be more helpful, I’m happy to arrange a 90-minute call by request.

My coaching is flexible and designed to meet your needs as you move through the process.
