Meet Photis Kassianides

Divorce Coach for City Professionals / Dad / South Londoner

I've been where you are.

I'm Photis, a 55-year-old South Londoner, divorced father of two teenage kids, and someone who's lived through the emotional, logistical, and identity-shaking upheaval of divorce. I know what it's like to try to hold it all together; for your children, your job, and your sanity, during one of life’s most challenging transitions.

For over 20 years, I worked in front-office roles on the trading floors of the City, as a program-trading sales trader at UBS, JP Morgan, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, ICAP, Jefferies, and most recently, Liquidnet.

I know the culture: high-intensity, fast-paced, demanding, and relentless. I understand the long hours, the pressure to perform, and the unspoken expectation to just “get on with it”, regardless of what’s going on at home.

I know the world you work in.

While the expectations at work haven’t eased, the boundaries between home and career have blurred. For many men in their 40s and 50s, the old coping strategies no longer work, especially when dealing with separation, divorce, and the challenge of staying present for your children.

The rules shifted.

Practical support. Emotional clarity.

I offer a grounded, confidential space where you can work through what’s going on and get clear on what comes next. It’s a combination of emotional insight and practical support - tailored to help you stay connected to your kids, keep your career intact, and move you forward.

My coaching is tailored for professionals like you: men navigating the demands of work, fatherhood, and life after before, during or after separation. It’s coaching from someone who’s lived it and who gets it.

Professionally trained. Personally driven.

I began my formal training in 2021 and am now a professionally accredited Master Practitioner Coach. I trained with the International Divorce Coach Centre of Excellence, a provider accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the CPD Standards Office.

My certification is also accredited by The Dash Charity, a UK-regulated domestic abuse organisation -reflecting my commitment to coaching with sensitivity, professionalism, and deep respect for the emotional complexity of this work.
