• Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed

• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance

4. Coaching Relationship: Coaching is not therapy, legal advice, or financial advice. It is a forward-focused process aimed at supporting personal growth and clarity.

5. Results Disclaimer: While coaching can lead to significant change, results are not guaranteed. Your progress depends on your own engagement and actions.
